But still seems like a scam. It says you need to have an account and use a payment on the account, and $15 will be sent to the email on the account, yet you do not need to be logged in to purchase a GC, and it's a third party site. And they say the offer can end at any time of their choosing. So there is no way to prove you fulfilled the offer.
And they instant-canceled my order for no reason anyway.
