I don't know if Anker is going downhill but my 47w charger just died after a few days. And for the charger that has USB C and USB A, the reviews on Costco mention the USB A ports fail quickly.

So what is a 336? A 65 watt non-Gan charger? What is the max watt for one 1 port charging? What about when both ports are used?

One of mine had a bad USB C port out of the box. Warranty was easy - just emailed them, they asked me to send them a video showing it not working, then just sent me a new one.

How do you send them a video? The video even for a small time is a very large file. Most emails don't allow more than 15 MB attachment.
