It's possible that that was true when that page was created (price tracking goes back to 2011), but these are currently made in Asia.

At $17 this is an incredible deal. They sprinkle the bits with magical pixie dust. Otherwise they would just be like every other torx bit set for less than half the price! IN FER ONE
