Horrible company. Half the movies i bought don't even play. Customer service is worthless. Do a quick Google search before enough buy as many others have quite doing business with them as well
I haven't had any issues with Fandango at Home movies/shows playing on my newer Sony OLED tv. I assume the people reporting issues have televisions with older TV-based software for streaming via Fandango at Home. My Samsung smart tv that was older simply ran out of space for streaming apps, so I stopped using it for streaming other than YouTube.

Their platform and app do have their share of issues (like rereleases of movies showing up as separate titles, an absolutely terrible search function, and the TV app does sometimes freeze when I first open it causing me to force close and reopen it). But I have 1800+ movies and 150+ shows on my account and have never had an issue playing anything.
