How can they put Olympic in the title and say it's for Olympic weights when it's a 1" bar? "Olympic" is 50mm/2inch, it's the designation that differentiates it from standard plates and bars at 25mm/1".

Yes, clearly Walmart is just listing the item weight under max load, it's an error. You can look it up on their site or Amazon to see the actual spec. That said, no weight lifting bar will have a max load of 14lbs.

No these are 1" bars. Weight for each depends on the length. Look at the specifications tab for weight of each.
