Hisense support is NON-EXISTENT. I (sadly) purchased this projector and it has been my worst purchase of 2025.
I have 3 Hisense flagship TV's and never had a problem, the picture is great on all of them, but this projector is nothing but a POS. Ive seen a lot of reviews in top spots PRAISING this projector.... but if you really dig, there are even more reviews that are negative. ... which tells me that hisense is somehow PAYING to get these reviews in top search results and suppressing the negative/unfavorable reviews. Spent $1,400 on an ALR screen and redid my entire living room setup... built a platform for new ikea tv stands, then built another mini-platform for the projector to rest on... absolute biggest time waster and waste of money.

Hisense support consists of this: While waiting on hold for a rep, the pre-recording messages INSULT you telling you to 'make sure your tv is plugged into the wall' and other 1st grade support. When you do finally get to an agent, they make you go through the same stupid worthless troubleshooting techniques. When they can't help you anymore they tell you "we will have to engage a tier 2 support" and then they proceed to tell you "a tier 2 rep will call you within 24 hours". There is no warning they will be calling, no "hey, we will be calling in 30 minutes, please make sure you're by your device". NOTHING! Out of the 6 times I have called, EVERY TIME I have to go through the same stupid basic troubleshooting techniques with the muppet on the phone, even though I have a case # (they don't tell me what it is but they look up my info via phone number and tell me I have a case #), then promise a T2 support will call back in 24 hours. Out of 6 times I have been promised a call back, only TWO callbacks have ever happened. 1 was almost 3 DAYS LATER and the 2nd time was about 34 hours later. The first time I missed the call and called them back within 20 minutes of listening to their voicemail. I had to go through EVERYTHING again and then get a promise for a callback within 24 hours.... that one never came.

I bought from bestbuy (My 1 star review is on their website), I had to do a chargeback because bestbuy's customer service was a trainwreck as well!
