The OP says to buy 4x $15.99 + 1x $6.99. -$3 coupons and 20% discount is $54.35 for 2742 sheets (1.982 cents per sheet). Valuing 1:1 for $20 Walgreens Cash and $15 P&G Rebate means $19.35 for 2742 sheets (0.706 cents per sheet).
To fully maximize, consider buying 2x $15.99 + 5x $6.99. -$3 coupons and 20% discount is $51.14 for 2586 sheets (1.977 cents per sheet). Valuing 1:1 for $20 Walgreens Cash and $15 P&G Rebate means $16.13 for 2586 sheets (0.624 cents per sheet <-- this is >10% better value than 0.706).
If I had placed the order for pickup, at least I could have cancelled / not picked up if it was out of stock.
