The third one is the best for upgraders, since the GPU is the only flaw with the system and the 9700X is a really fast processor. Plus, you will have upgradability down the road if you do or do not want a better processor. The SSD is a little small, but SSDs have not risen in costs astronomically like RAM has. The 9060 XT is like a 5060 in performance (not 4060 like above commentor said, see here [reddit.com]) so if you just swap it out for something with 12/16GB VRAM you can move up to 1440p, like a 5070, 9070, etc
This deal is OK but min spec everywhere. 5060 GPU, 16GB RAM, only 1TB SSD, low wattage power supply, etc. It's usable but it's not a great deal.
