Had terrible experience with Dreame L10 and X40. Constant docking issues, their service is beyond horrible. They abused my Robot and returned it. Thankfully the store took it back for full refund.

NEVER buying Dreame.

Swapped it for Roborock 10R Saros. Will update next time.

Yep, it's got a camera that you can access remotely. I haven't used it too much, but it's a fun gimmick to drive it around when I'm not home and check up on my cat lol

Complete opposite experience. I have 2 L10S Ultra 2s and they have been both rocks and no issues. By far better then the high end eufy ones I had before

Have had the l10s ultra for a year. Have learned the quirks. Steal at this price. Haven't needed to contact support.

Purchased 3 L10 refurbished vacuums and 2 have been perfect after a year, the first was a doa but they refunded it with zero issues. The problem was with the base, not the robot. Would buy again, but want to get a V2

There's been instances of the cameras being hacked etc- even recordings posted online I'd prefer to not have a camera relying on a vacuum company software going around my house :/

Dreame/Mova (same company) have terrible service. Can confirm. Luckily this specific one comes with an Allstate Protection Plan so at least if it breaks you'll get better service.

Likewise. Got 3, one for each floor and they're workhorses for several months now. One of my best investments in 2025 in terms of making life easier. Had bunch of my family members get them too. Everyone loves them. 2 year Allstate is gravy on top.
