- Vouchers must be redeemed through Giftory to receive your AMC Theatres tickets via email.
- Giftory vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser no questions asked as long as the AMC ticket has not been requested.
- If you have any unused Giftory Vouchers (unused meaning the AMC ticket(s) has NOT been requested), you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
- Once AMC tickets have been requested, Giftory vouchers are considered used and are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

Your vouchers will have barcodes on them so you can print them or bring it in or you can just copy and past the 16 digit and 12 digit numbers from the vouchers into the app and buy your tickets online. If you do buy them online you will have to pay like a $5 "convenience fee" though
