Costco has $80 rebate on 4 Michelin tires. Prices vary so I just put down a reference number on tires I was looking at.

Also you can stack if you have received one of those $50 off $500 too. I ordered mine with those to improve the deal!

Costco has the worst service if you ever have a problem with your tires. Save yourself the agony of dealing with their BS policies and go to discount tire. When I needed a flat repaired they said I would have to schedule a appointment which was a week out. Kinda ridiculous they don't have openings every day for repair. They did say if I left it with them they would try to fit it in. Left the car with them all day and they didn't get it fixed. Took the car to discount the next day and they patched it while I waited and didn't even charge me. Never again will I buy tires from Costco. Discount will also price match so no reason to ever deal with Costco.

True but no discount tire in NJ. I bring just the wheels to Costco. They slot me in quick because I just drop them off by the door once I go inside and settle everything at the counter.

Crossclimate 2s are so damn good. Not a bad deal if someone needs tires now.

I have a Pontiac Vibe that was very squirrelly in the rain and snow with past tires (Continental ContiProContact and whatever came with the car before that). I figured I'd buy a set of the Crossclimate 2 tires to see if there's any hope for traction with my car.

Night and day difference! I can zip around in the rain no problem, whereas before I would have to drive slower than almost everyone else on the roads. They're not amazing for efficiency but the difference in grip, especially in inclement weather, is astounding compared to what I've had before.

I don't know who hurt you or who you work for but Costco is built on good customer service! I have never had anything other then the best customer service at Costco. I spent almost 20 years working in customer service and management of retail stores none of which were Costco and I wish the service was 1/2 as good as costco. I have been up and down the east coast into canada and out throught the midwest and have never encountered anything like what you are talking about. The only thing I find difficult is the fact that they are always slammed with customers! This makes it hard to get immediat service or instalation but that is not a customer service issue. Good luck with your discount something something something.

Pro tip. If you take your costco order with the extra $50 off plus the $80 off to america's tire they even match that too. So you have yet another avenue to use them if you like them better. Just order at costco and not pickup (or cancel later) . I decided to do this just so the money stays in the smaller shop near me...
