Last time my order was cancelled and the $10 promo certificate was never back to my account.
Seems once you use it for an order cancelled or fulfilled, it's just long gone.

Anyone else have this issue using the $10 promo cert... I see it in my BB account and got the email but they are different numbers. Neither one will apply when I checkout.

*EDIT - Forget it, item was $9.76 and has to be at least $10, that's why

Thanks. Looks like the filler item doesn't work with the ring sizing kits. Seems like they fixed it where the total has to be $10 or greater on items excluding the ring sizing kit Frown
