Seems once you use it for an order cancelled or fulfilled, it's just long gone.

Soon as you use it, it's burned. Cancellation of an order or doing a return doesn't bring it back.

This is also true of reward points. Make you you really want an item and intend on keeping it before cashing in a huge amount of reward points on it.

they did that to me with my McDonald's promo gc so I filed a complaint with the California state attorney general's office

This is the second one I've received in the past six months. I used this one on the $10 Happy Birthday digital Playstation Network code. I forget what I used the last one on but I know that they closed the Oura ring sizing kit loophole too. Apparently I just got in on the PSN loophole before they closed it.

This reminds me of when they stopped allowing the trade credit from their trade in program to be used on Amazon Kindle cards, which were effectively Amazon gift cards.

You can contact customer support. It happened to me before and they reissued another 10 dollar certificate because they cancelled the order, not me.

Hmm, question. I don't buy from BB very often, not even once a year on average. Do these expire quickly? I have 0 points currently....and in in October I had a $10 coupon like above, but that's gone too. Guessing since I have 0 points they expire at least yearly.

They must be really backed up with orders, because the last time that I redeemed the $10 for a PlayStation gift card, I got the code almost immediately, and here I am several hours after redeeming it today, and my order is still pending.
