See if there is a Husky set at Homedepot that usually sells at this price for comparison. They have life warranty on tools.

Walmart staff will laugh at you if you make a warranty claim. The chances are slim you'll ever break a tool but there are better options for the same price.

I don't know how this will affect their hand tool warranties, but TTI announced earlier this month that the Hart line is being discontinued entirely, basically immediately, which sucks. The Walmart-Hart relationship must have crashed about as badly as Lowe's and Chervon. I'd anticipate deals coming on all remaining inventory, but be wary of investing in their power tools if you're not already in them, there will be no path forward for replacement batteries. I don't think third party Hart battery adapters or clone batteries exist, there never was a market for them.

One does cannot invest in things that are expected to depreciate.

Thanks for the heads up, that's depressing, I guess I better get another mobile stack system before they're gone. I had a hyper tough before that and it wasn't good... Hart has been amazing for me.
