This is a great deal, quality built product. I had to return mine because i couldn't get a comfortable grip and on the right side moving between joy stick and buttons because my hands are larger.

I bought this! The "+" model is great for my hands. I'm 6'3" with an 8" length from wrist to middle finger tip. The regular ones were more comfortable than the switch without/on it's own, but the offset thumb sticks still resulted in my right pinky supporting the whole thing (resulting in strain and pain). I don't have to support the "+" model with my pinky, and I LOVE the sticks on it! It feels like a steam deck but with an inch less of chin on it.
THAT BEING SAID: nothing beats the 3d-printed, full-length Xbox controller handles I printed and sprayed with plasti dip for added grip.
