This a good price for brand name, but roughly the same as generics.

As other said, this is an invaluable medicine and one of those "when you need it you don't want to have to go out and buy it".

Weird. I see $4.22 on the main page. Once it's in my cart it's $5.38 + $.39 tax. Any thoughts why it's jumping price from main page to cart?
