Unfortunately, I just bought the same one due to time constraints that my kid need to bring to military base during Christmas stay. The 3rd party is actually having faster shipping (5 days) than Lenovo (10+ days) based on Lenovo website.

How is it confusing? Highlight the CPU in question, add the word "passmark" to the google search, and you'll have a reliable and simple CPU metric in seconds. Add the pricing, divide costing into performance, see performance per dollar -- you can slice it endless ways.

I have this, but no Wifi 7 router yet, so swapped to a 6e card and very solid. Even with the Wifi 7, its fine. I just adjusted my settings so that it doesn't try to hop channels as often

Did the WiFi work ok on this before the swap? It should still work without WiFi 7

There is a 2nd SSD slot for expansion (per video this laptop will support two 2TB M.2 SSDs). RAM is also replaceable/expandable (though not sure it's worth it with prices right now).

Right, I can compare specs but there are just so many confusing names and overlapping generations, plus AI everything that may or may not do good, not to mention PC manufacture 's tiering on top of that ... It's like BMW, used to be 3/5/7, coupe/sedan/wagon ... now they literally used up every number and letter in the alphabet.

AI only matters if you care about it, and if not, it's all pointless. Generations doesn't really matter unless you deeply, deeply care about battery life (in which case, you'd already favor AMD and 'newest generation', so that's easy...) -- passmark is an easy, quick metric. It's not perfect (witness games and AMD's X3D architecture's wins, even with lower passmark scores) but it's a very good overall indication of processor performance.

Great combination of features. Only possible negative, IMO, is the high resolution for the screen size. Makes it great if you perform image processing, not so good for gaming or battery life.
