I don't see it on the item page either but at checkout I see "Paying with Prime Visa ####. Get 5% Back, and additional rewards on select items charged to this card". So it looks like it'll work.

On the checkout page, you should also see an "Additional reward details" rolldown link to at the bottom left of the item to which it replies. Clicking that link should pop up details including "Prime Card Bonus Offer: Get 5% Back, and additional 20% Back on the amount charged to this card".

I'll buy any Matter certified product though, have old Belkin product that's turning into ewaste in the new year because servers going down.
