Aren't these codes 'one time use per acct only'? I have two phones, but can't use two codes in my one Popeye's acct, had to create two different accts.
YMMV, but I've had no problem adding multiple codes to the same account on the same day. I added two codes each on two different days, used all of them and now have four offers sitting there since they regenerated. But one time, I had issues with not being able to place four consecutive orders (three orders went through, but the fourth failed). On a different day, it cut me off off after the second consecutive order. The regenerating offer thing has been unpredictable also … it happened every day on a few previous offers, but I believe only once during the week for the current weekly offer.

Popeye's Question...
Do people actually like these Tenders when not $1? I picked them up last time and they were lousy. Figured bad day or bad restaurant so tried again today at a different location and even worse.

Flavor is "meh", but they are shockingly anemic in size. For $1, yeah, nice, but I'd be pi$$ed off if paid the full $12 and got these piddly strips.

They are absolutely the worst tenders I've ever had. Safeway blows these away and that's a grocery store. Dino-Nuggets might beat them, lol. All twelve of ours were no thicker than a pencil at the max, half that on average, and roughly two pencils wide. Tried breaded classic and blackened. Last time they were cooked okay, this time undercooked, not crispy, and largest part of one was rubbery.

Are they just cheap versions of the normal tenders for the T-Mobile deal? I've had regular chicken at Popeye's in the past and it was delicious. Tried the chicken sandwich and it was okay (BK had a better one a few years ago.) These suck. I seriously would not pay $2 for them.

The regular fried tenders aren't really good unless you happen to get them fresh. Then they're OK, but still not great … they're pretty heavily breaded. And most places keep a drawer of them sitting around and that makes most of them get dried out pretty quick.

But I actually like the blackened tenders. It may depend on the location, but it seems that both near me always cook those fresh to order. It means you may have to wait if you don't pre-order, but I think they're pretty tasty and not too heavily spiced. The regular ranch dip goes well with them (or the maybe blackened ranch if you like them spicier). Personally, I wouldn't buy them anywhere near original price, but they're great for a buck.

The classic tenders at first location were heavily breaded, thought not excessively. The location today had very light thin breading, not crunchy, very light colored. One was sort of a flat square, but the other two I could cover up with my thumb with only one small area having some breading flakes sticking out -- and I don't have massive console master thumbs!

I think you're right about the blackened being made to order. Ours were piping hot. Spiced by a pepper monkey though, too much kick, although that is subjective.

Wonder what they cost around the nation. Here they are $12.59 plus 9% tax (CA). Mind-boggling that anyone pays that for these.

Seems you are lucky, as once I use a code it's unusable, also my Popeye doesn't accept any other code for same offer, e.g. it's not accepting last week's $1 tenders new codes too.

No, I didn't mean that you could use a code multiple times … just that I have been able to add multiple codes to the same account (unused codes) and also redeem multiple offers in the same day. YMMV though. And then once you have a codes loaded to your account, the offers will sometimes regenerate and be available again later in the week. I posted a screenshot earlier in the thread with four of the TMo offers available and ready to use. I just used two again today for lunch.

I got the blackened tenders last night. Seemed like they had to make a new batch to fulfill my order, and it tasted pretty good. But I couldn't believe it was normally priced at almost $13 after tax -- absolutely absurd given the portion size. Not exaggerating when I say I could easily eat 5 orders of these tenders and not be stuffed. I've seen some pretty poor value for money fast food offerings through redeeming these promos, but I wonder if this might be the worst offender.

Going to get Blackened this time. I already ate like two orders of this yesterday from the regeneration and another code I had taken from the last T Mobile thread.
