Probably not. According to specs sheets for both coolers, you're probably going to get extremely similar performance. neither cooler is going to be more than a degree or two off from one another. They are similar in weight, size, fin density, heatpipe size, and even the fans are similar in specs. So the only thing would be looks.

Also curious, although Phantom Spirit is the newer better Peerless Assassin, supposedly.

Phantom Spirit ARGB is currently $34.90.

No reviews on TT Astria 600. It looks nice (arguably nicer). It's likely within margin of error for most uses.
