Costco seems to be the better deal.

Key differences between Pro and regular Muscle Milk:
Protein content: Pro has 32g vs Genuine's 25g per shake
Sugar: Pro has 1g vs Genuine's 0g sugar
Vitamins: Pro includes 16 vitamins & minerals vs Genuine's focus on A, C, D + calcium
Fiber: Pro has 5g vs Genuine's 4g

Did you even read the article? CRs standards for lead consumption are way too conservative for real world values. It is proved that you get MORE lead from veggies like spinach than these protein powders. All of them are legal according to FDA. Not saying it's safe or not, that's up to you. But it's not limited to 5-1/2 servings per week. Acc to FDA it's safe. Don't hoax about it for no reason.

I've had some coworkers that could drink these but I've thought the taste is significantly worse than the 25g ones at Costco, which are pretty often discounted (seems like every 3-4 months). Among the options I've tried in the last year: I would put these at like a 2/10 taste (strawberry 1/10), the 25g ones at around 4/10, nurri (this one is discounted occasionally too) a 7/10, and fairlife an 8/10. Subjective but these were by far the worst shake I remember ever having, including the powders.
