For the unaware, 120mm all in one coolers (AIO) are rarely better than air coolers. Their use case is best for small form factor builds, otherwise spend less money on a better air cooler.

My temps dropped dramatically using a 120mm AIO. However, it does have two fans, one on each side, which isn't common (Corsair H80i). Have now used on 3 system. But definitely not as good as 240, 280, or 380. I personally would probably put the same money toward one of the Thermalright AIOs at about the same price for more.
