Some strange stacking on this deal. I somehow ended up with 2 coupons + the $22 extra discount on the 40lb bag of large adult dog food. Made it $10.99 + tax.
Note, this happened after I had added the 40lb bag and clicked its coupon then was shopping the other varieties. My guess is one of those coupons stacked on the 40lb for some reason.

It quit offering the coupon as went to subscribe. Now it's only $12 off per bag. 🤬 I think I know what happened. I was checking different types as we have an old Maltese around 14 lbs. She's not medium, and not xsmall. I got as far as the last page before subscribing and backed out to go look for "small" dogs. At first when I checked the other varieties 50% was still there, now when I go to the promotion page for the discount I get the ol' " You have used this promotion the maximum number of times" So my fault, I guess. I should have subscribed the first time through.

This is a fantastic deal! We go through the big bags fast with multiple large dogs. First bag gave a huge discount. Then I was able to place a second order with a $22 discount plus the subscribe & save discount. I was able to stock up for several months.

I don't know where the extra -$16.50 came from but even without it, it still makes more sense to get the 40 lb bag as it's cheaper per lb.
