Just in case it matters to you, this does not include the first 2 DLCs (The Sky Breaker, Secrets of Spires). From the Ashes is the standalone 3rd DLC story pack.

I had a blast with the base game. The world is beautiful and has solid shooting. Definitely recommend as an open-world FPS.

underrated game even if your "meh" on the Avatar universe, awesome graphics and it just had its "Cyberpunk 2.0" moment with the DLC and 3rd person update

Ya, caught that right after I commented. Wich is why I quickly edited out my suggestion. Compared to the PS store, this is a great deal. PS is currently charging $21 for the base game and $25 for the add on.

It's $25 for the expansion? I haven't even opened my base game. Maybe I should try to return that and buy this game with the expansion.

Probably a good idea. That's how I'd handle it. And yes the From the ashes expansion is currently listed for 24.99 on the PS store.
