While there are the npc zombies controlled by the media for the thumb downs... It may also be due to some people not being able to replicate the price. I am seeing $395 for it. It's a good deal if you use Grok and are able to take advantage of the price.

Oops, maybe you have to be signed in with an X account to see it? Might also be account specific / YMMV, I am not sure. Anyway this is a deal on paper, just looking at LLM leaderboards and pricing. If you're not a user of LLMs for work/play/etc. then this isn't for you

Yes, this is a great deal if you think spending 200 bucks on the third best AI is a smart move lol

And if you think the only reason people might dislike this deal is bc "people hate Elon", you might want to reflect on why teachers always seemed so sad at those parent-teacher conferences
