These don't last long, steam coming out of the front ruins the touch controls. They replaced one for me under warranty and the second one now has the same issues.

I've had one of these for almost 6 years and it's still working fine. No issues with front steam. The only thing is that the door has cracked open on the sides but still usable. I had emailed customer service back then asking if it's possible to replace just that front door, they replied saying they'll sent me a whole new unit. Made me a customer for life.

I'm on my second one. The fan noise dropped dramatically on the second one. I have been using these for the last 5-6 years. This blows all those basket style out of the water.

Their customer service never got back to me. Same steam out front door issue. It makes the touch buttons change cook settings and it beeps outta control avoid.

I really wanted to like this one when I was shopping for an air fryer, but there are just too many bad reviews out there.

Their air fryers just don't match their pressure cookers.

Same happened to mine. Buttons wouldn't register touches. Many phantom touches while running changing cooking temps and changing between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The display also got messed up. Tear down and cleaning didn't help.

Not stainless steel trays, which is the only part that matters. Deceptive advertising.

True, the trays are non stick. However if you buy a 1/8 sheet pan it slides in perfectly! Plus the rotation on the basket is the best for French Fries!

I have the older model, got it back in 2021. Buttons barely work, screen goes in and out. Not sure if the newer ones are any better.
