Heads up, the "60mg" in this supplement refers to the actual amount of magnesium in one serving, which is usually the amount of elemental magnesium your body will absorb.

Unlike Costco's Nature's Bounty, which contains "120mg" per capsule and may be cheaper than this option when on sale.

Pretty decent deal at $13. I've been putting off buying more so this had to be the reason why.

Costco currently $18.99 and Sam's $16.98 but I am sure they vary all the time.

Any way to check current in-warehouse prices without driving to Costco? (20 miles for me)

Sam's is same price online or in store.

Edit: You can in the app but not online. $12.39 at my local Costco warehouse.

I've heard mixed experiences. I'd see stick with others such as NOW, Swanson, Nootropics Depot, Sports Research, Momentous, Thorne, or Life Extension.

I've also seen/heard the same from videos that cover various supplements and their quality (and claims vs actual % used in supplements)
