Harbor freight is one of those places that if you're paying full sticker price then you're a chump (unless you really needed the tool on the spot).
Everything goes on massive sales a few times a year so if you can hold off then you'll maximize your dollar.
Use https://hfpricetracker.com/tools to track prices and you'll be able to figure if what you're eyeing to buy is a good deal at the time.
To give you an idea, I just picked up icon ratchets and wrenches for 40% off.
But if you can't wait then 15% off any single item is not a bad deal at all.

I been wanting that Bauer vacuum hose kit to extend the length of my Milwaukee Fuel M18 vacuum hose. The one they got on there is too short.
