I have the Nightmare before Christmas Version of this light (also on clearance) that I purchased last year. I have quite a few of these led Neon flow signs and this seems to be dimmer than others I have purchased in the past. Not necessarily a big deal but it was quite a bit dimmer when hung with similar type of signs.

Thank you for confirming my suspicions. Picked this up as a Xmas gift and was surprised to see how dim it was especially in the hat area. Will be looking into some of the USB battery eliminators
