To each their own. I've had a (slightly smaller) version of this for 6-7 years, and it hasn't gotten old for me and my kids. I use it as a centerpiece for the dining table, and I find it endearing. It often reminds us of the themes in the Charlie brown Christmas episode, which I appreciate.

Hmmm, wondering if this is a knockoff. The image on the box in the OP looks like the one I have had for (probably) 20 years. However, the photos show a different design - way too many branches.

I saw that too and had a chuckle. And then, in yet another picture, it shows the side of the box that says 36 inches. So, let's just say approximately 28-36 inches. 😀

I bought one similar from K-Mart a bit before they shut down the location near me for $5 (this afterall was a while back). There was a button at the base you click and it would play the Vince Guaraldi Charlie Brown theme
