Good for skull crushers. But for biceps it's better to use a straight bar as it activates more of the muscle

I ordered this and some cast iron weights. FedEx delivered the weights to the roadside and kept the bar. How is FedEx still in business????????? Why does Walmart use them exclusively? I get hundreds of orders from Amazon through UPS and the USPS every year with very few problems. FedEx likes to play the game "Guess where your package is" Its on "A" porch somewhere or in the road or missing, who knows? that's the fun I guess.
