If you have a 3D printer that allows multi materials on the same part it's great for creating grips or rubberizing the outside of tools.

Thanks!! Never tried that brand but it's a nice price and they have 1kg PETG/PLA singles for $10 if you need more of that one color. Wonder if it's a new brand or something because not many reviews on Amazon yet.

Certainly there are less uses for TPU then a hard plastic. Sometimes you can think a little outside of the box for uses. TPU is about the best filament for sticking to itself. Once printer it is almost impossible to pull apart from itself. So if it does not matter if something flexes a little, it is can be used in places where something about indestructible is needed. One example off the top of my head is large rechargeable battery holders like those 18 or 20 volt ones. The part that holds the batter is usually pretty thin so if printed in TPU it still won't flex enough to let go of the battery. No matter how hard the battery is slammed into the holder, that holder is not going to break. I find when I starting looking at things like that, more uses come to mind.

TPU (a flexible rubbery material) is arguably one of the best/most rugged materials you can 3d print with. It's definitely my most printed material, because TPU prints are virtually indestructible vs typical PLA/PETG.
Coasters/pads, bumpers, flexible joints, feet, zip ties, anchors, trays, tool organizers, etc.

A niche use case, but I'm printing a D&D table and the TPU is great for where players would rest their arms.

I use TPU for my Fire TV Remote covers. I made a couple of designs that are on Maker World. I have several designs, but this one is my favorite because it has a bit of the TiVo shape:

I usually print them in bright colors so I can find the remote easier.
I have printed a couple of phone cases as well but nothing for more modern phones.
The trick to printing things in TPU well is to use a slow consistent speed, avoid crossing walls, and print one part at a time to reduce stringing.
