Amazon Basics 2 ply toilet paper is being highlighted for a very low Amazon Business price, with the deal showing up only when signed into a business account and sometimes requiring Subscribe and Save. The business pricing can stack with the new account promo, dropping the cost to under 5 dollars per pack in some orders. The main caution is that the regular cart price can jump much higher, and the paper itself is described as thin and narrow. A strong business only value if the pricing lines up for your account.
Common Questions (3)
The $9.38 price is tied to an Amazon Business account and Subscribe & Save. On a regular account, the cart can show a much higher total, so the deal appears to be business-account specific.
Yes, the advertised $9.38 price requires signing into an Amazon Business account. Amazon Business also has a new-user promo for 50% off up to $50, which can further reduce the total on eligible orders.
The standard Amazon Basics toilet paper is described as thin and narrow, and not a good fit for home use. The Soft & Strong version is listed as a closer Ultra-equivalent option and costs only a couple dollars more.

update: I found it by searching toilet paper on the business page (that it took me too after the successful sign up). found the same item and it was the listed price. then I got another 50% off too, I think from the sign up promo. so it was less than $5 for me. did it 2 times in separate orders cause the price changed with more than one at a time. 4.69+ tax = 4.99 each. ymmv
