Amazon Basics 2 ply toilet paper is being highlighted for a very low Amazon Business price, with the deal showing up only when signed into a business account and sometimes requiring Subscribe and Save. The business pricing can stack with the new account promo, dropping the cost to under 5 dollars per pack in some orders. The main caution is that the regular cart price can jump much higher, and the paper itself is described as thin and narrow. A strong business only value if the pricing lines up for your account.
households or offices that already use (or are willing to sign up for) an Amazon Business account because the $9.38 price shows up on the business account and can be a "very good price" compared with regular pricing.
people who are okay ordering toilet paper via Subscribe & Save because commenters said they had to use "subscribe and save" to get the advertised price.
new Amazon Business users who can take advantage of the 50% off up to $50 promo because one commenter reported stacking promos and paying about $4.69+tax (~$4.99 each), with the price changing depending on order quantity.
people who don't want to sign into an Amazon Business account because the deal price they see can differ-one commenter noted the $9.38 didn't match their cart total and showed as $23.95 with Subscribe & Save.
buyers who are only looking at the regular Amazon account price because commenters said the $9.38 price is tied to the Amazon Business account and may not appear the same way on standard pricing.
home shoppers who want a more satisfying toilet paper experience because one commenter said they bought it once and "never again," calling it thin and narrow and not satisfying at home.
The $9.38 price is tied to an Amazon Business account and Subscribe & Save. On a regular account, the cart can show a much higher total, so the deal appears to be business-account specific.
Yes, the advertised $9.38 price requires signing into an Amazon Business account. Amazon Business also has a new-user promo for 50% off up to $50, which can further reduce the total on eligible orders.
The standard Amazon Basics toilet paper is described as thin and narrow, and not a good fit for home use. The Soft & Strong version is listed as a closer Ultra-equivalent option and costs only a couple dollars more.

zon tp is crap, pardon the pun. I bought it once off a slick deal, never again. Thin and narrow. If it is for a business I guess it would work, but not at the house. She who must be obeyed was not happy with my slick deal purchase.
But you can just sign up for a secondary regular account, so why go this route?
For times like this, when they give a better price for Business accounts. Simple as that.
It is not normally the case, so I don't double-check check business price against regular account price as a rule, but once in a while it is a considerable difference. I usually depend on community members here to point out when it happens. You can set up a deal alert for "Amazon Business Account".

Amazon Business pricing can show a much lower toilet paper price than regular account pricing.
Subscribe and Save can be required to reach the advertised low price for this toilet paper.
A new-user Amazon Business promo can cut the cost substantially when signing up.
The Soft & Strong variant is described as only a couple dollars more than the base version.
The low price appears tied to signing into an Amazon Business account, which adds signup friction.
The $9.38 price may not match the cart total when Subscribe & Save is applied.
The toilet paper can feel thin and narrow at home, which may lead to not repurchasing.
The business-account promo may not present a clear product coupon, and the effective price can change with order quantity.
