I was wondering if these could be used in a 3-way setup. Two switches controlling 1 set of lights.
As far as I know, No.
These have 2 wires(In addition to Grd), black and white, and are missing Red or traveling wire, which you need for a 3-way.
Reverse, when you buy a 3-way switch, they usually give you 2 similar outlets or a pair in the box you buy, so you change both current switches.
Actually, you need only one of them if you connect it to one of the 2 locations you have that has the load entry into it! Therefore, you can use the extra piece for a 2nd location.
How do you know it?
1- You know the map of wiring.
2- Try the first location. If Wifi failed to turn the light on/off, it's the 2nd location. So open it and go to the next site.
This way, your price cuts in half if you need it for 2 locations. and btw, the non-WiFi switch still works fine as 2nd location to physically turn on/off, if you can reach it and don't want to use Alexa/Google voice command or likewise.

Here's TP-Link's Kasa 3 way dimmer kit (it includes two switches, one for the "line in" switch in your 3-way setup, and one for the "load out" switch in your 3-way setup) - again these switches are white, not light almond:
