Just to share my experience so far with BCP - I have an outdoor train inflateable that arrived broken. It doesnt inflate. The lights come on but no fan. Walmart says bought and shipped through BCP and I have to go through them.

That's my next step - to try to return it at the store. That's why I've been stuck on this step for the last 2 weeks. lol I think I'll wait a few more days for that to cool off.

I did the same thing with returning a ceramic Christmas tree to a Target store, ordered on target.com.
My wife and I were sitting in our living room and actually heard the delivery person talking on their cell phone when they dropped the box on to our porch from like three feet in the air. It very loudly and obviously crashed/broke, and the delivery person kept talking on their cell phone and walking, not caring that they had just very obviously CAUSED the loud crash.
Never again will I order a ceramic Christmas tree after that.
No way $87 retail pass to store for a year $20 on eBay
