-The phone-side of the mount needs to be stuck with adhesive to the phone or phone's case. Not convenient or small.
-The bike-side of the mount attaches to the handlebars with "pincer" style jaws. These do not contact enough of the handlebar to prevent the mount from slipping around.
I recommend mounts that have a circular attachment on the handlebars for optimum grip and use a four-sided "rubber band" to hold the phone (and its case) in place.
