These are junk apparently. They should only be used for walking. (If that.) If you jog on them they will usually break within a couple months. Which makes total logical sense. It doesn't look sturdy at all. Seems like you need to spend at least $500 for a new treadmill that is durable enough for a 200+ lb adult to jog on it safely. Check this Reddit thread:
