There was similar deal listed couple of weeks back here. I had ordered 2 and just assembled one. The quality is pretty much what to expect of $18 item. I plugged the dowel and pushed it with my palm, it broke through the other side. That's how flimsy the material is. It looks nice once put together but quality is disappointing.

dude, if I were you, I would unassemble them, repacking, and request return to amazon, then buy this

ordered this last time it was posted ~3-4 weeks ago, and I ended up returning. I didn't expect much and even still it was rather disappointing. cheap quality mdf and it came damaged in a couple spots. might be good for a guest room. it looks and feels like a $20-25 piece.

walker edison sent me the wrong colors for a few tables i received weeks ago and i've been having the hardest time getting contact with their customer service. keeps making me talk to this ai bot who creates a ticket but i've yet to hear from them since.

I decided to buy two. I checked IKEA or others, well $18 is not too bad.
In the worst case, I can just resell them.

While solid wood furniture will scratch/damage less easily than particle board like this, the 18 pound weight is impressive quality given the small size and very affordable price for this furniture. Getting better quality would cost significantly more so definitely worth considering for people who need a small stand like this one.
