I wear nikes for kayak fishing - the non-polarized "max-optics" work as good as any other pair of polarized fishing sunglasses I've bought back in the day (like costas/oaks). I can't tell any sort of difference whatsoever, & as far as comfort is concerned I think nike maybe the best in my experience. For anyone wondering about fishing/being able to see in the water.

I have a pair of Nike, I like how light they are but the clarity on polarized Oakley is far better than Nike (not sure if it is a fair comparison since I paid full price for my Nike while Oakley was on sale). I may get another pair of Nike as a backup since I keep losing my favorite sun glasses during my long trips Smilie

polarized glasses makes it difficult for me to read the navigation screens in my BMW and Porsche. And for that reason alone, I'm out.
