I wish I had any idea what I used the coupon on, since I didn't buy any vitamins. Well, it's almost the end of the year, so maybe some new coupons coming our way....

damn i wish multivitamin gummies had the same amount as a fat hard pill. if you check the label, not only is it missing half the stuff from ONE A DAY, the stuff it does have is like half the concentration. I don't even see the point in taking a multivitamin if it doesnt give you enough of what you need. i hated swallowing a fat pill every day though. it's like psychologically after a certain point my throat rejects it and just doesnt want to swallow it again.

1. If it's a problem, eat more gummies 2. You ever think you didn't need all that vitamins? You and everybody else survived not taking 100% of the "required" vitamins everyday, and will continue to do so. The government already add vitamins to our food, aka fortified foods. Do we really need 2500% vitamin C? 3. The proper thing to do is do a blood panel thing with a nutritionist. If you're not willing to do that, just enjoy a gummy my brother. Everything will be fine.

Bonus: nutritionist don't even believe these none FDA regulated gummy supplement to even have the advertised vitamins lol
