I'm glad someone who truly knows posted something to calibrate my "what -- no..." skeptical first reaction.

I'd wager that cutting the average person's phone use an hour a day would be far more effective for long-term cervical health vs any use of this contraption with even perfect form. orthopods don't call it tech neck for nothing
