that's disappointing. i frequently get a dozen donuts for work and wished they had a tote bag that would more easily carry them, even if it was a rewards option.

Way to go! My best experience from a doughnut place was when I went to Krispy Kreme to redeem an offer, free "whatever seasonal doughnut" with purchase. I ended up getting a glazed doughnut and they threw in 11 more to make it a dozen glazed. So I had the glazed doughnut to satisfy the purchase, the seasonal one that I was supposed to get free, and 11 glazed. Not sure how they messed up that order.
