I have this motherboard and really like it. If you have an interest in over-clocking this is a great motherboard.

Yeah this motherboard rules it is really good at overclocking. Just be aware when u turn on expo in bios and save it walk away for like 5 min u will think the mbd is dead cause it wont post but its actually doing some kind of mem check and wont put anything on screen. I went through 3 sets of ram cause thought the ram wasn't compatible before I figured this out.

If you're going to try to overclock, you're going to need a specialized motherboard like this. Personally, I don't like to overclock because it does burn out the CPU over time.

you can get a lot out of the Ryzen 7000 series by kind of underclocking it and getting maximum clock speeds for longer with less power and heat.

It's memory training. It'll usually keep doing that and on each boot unless you disable it in the bios.
