Website only , give it a few, or try again later, it will work, you can also reply to them and say it didn't work , they will apply 10% refund for your first purchase, I've done it before

I can't believe your other post didn't get traction. I save tax by buying direct from secondipity vs eBay, and this speaker at this price is a steal. And if you get an extra 10% off, icing on the cake. Great deal OP.

Right, I was surprised too, if you buy from their site you won't get taxed, i think ppl tho it was fake , I got mine shipped to my door for $75 total using the 10% discount via Email

I agree. The one exception is anything Ryobi. Do not buy these. Every item (4 of them) had issues of missing parts and batteries or non working. Sony stuff is like new.
