It looks like 1 filter needs to be replevery 6 months $27. The other two are about every 8 months $48, $30.

Avoid the alkaline water scam. Human blood pH is tightly regulated (approximately 7.35–7.45) by physiological buffering systems involving the lungs and kidneys. Drinking "alkaline" water does not meaningfully alter systemic pH, and any significant deviation from this range would result in serious, potentially life-threatening conditions.

I got alkaline for my aquatru RO system and it made the water taste weird (like fart). Took awhile to get used to it

It's amazing what people can get used to. I think I would have a hard pass though.

Looks like a lot of plastic. I'd rather keep that away from food & drink.

unfortunately, every RO system utilizes a ton of plastic in their filters, lines, and even in their storage containers. one has to hope that most of the the microplastics get flushed after a few uses...

Initial costs and filter costs just doesn't make sense. I'll keep buying zero water filters when they're on sale.

Alkaline water helps with acid reflux. As someone with acid reflux, it's worth a try and it's what I drink.
