Horrible experience with this thing. The app is impossible to find and the QR code on the device has a dead link.
The item itself feels flimsy.. junky, and not designed very well. The tiny latch to open the unit and add/feed the paper.. it took me hours to figure out that it was broken and missing on my device, until I looked in the box and found it. I read so many good reviews and was excited to begin organizing my stuff with labels..but as of today my stuff does not have any labels.
Maybe I am missing something but this has Temu vibes.
