I got this too box a year ago, it seems to build moisture when left outside. I couldn't figure out how, so my cheap tools are all rusted out.

Even waterproof enclosures aren't going to be vapor proof in my experience. I think we need some silica gel or another desiccant if you're storing them in a box like this.

I got one last year. This would be OK added over the wheeled box, but its just too big and heavy to be a stand alone tool box...
