I remember buying a brand new RTX 2070 and being sorely dissapointed it could barely run this game under 30fps at 4k with max settings, it's at least 5 years old.

Definitely one of the better freebies they've had out lately if you like strategy games. It has its own learning curve though even if you played the earlier Total War games, a lot more focus on individual faction traits and mission goals.
