Heineken is doing a promotion for 2026, where you can submit for a $20 rebate if you buy a 12 pack of Heineken, Dos Equis, or Tecate and spend $75 on groceries. In most parts of the United States, a 12 pack will cost less than $20, so this is actually a moneymaker. In Colorado where I live, I can usually get the beer for $12+tax, so I make ~$7 each month. They've run this promotion for the last few years, but you do need to submit for the updated 2026 rebate (you'll see on their page).

I think I submitted 2025 rebate just now but the website didn't say anything about "submitted" or "confirmed". After I clicked "continue" button on the bottom of the rebate form after entering my Paypal info, the website took me to the page with available rebates from different kinds of beer from the company. Am I supposed to see "rebate submitted" page after clicking "continue"? Do I need to resubmit the rebate? Am I supposed to receive "rebate submission confirmation email"?
Also, the Heineken rebates state "Maximum of one (1) rebate per household per month" in fine prints. Does it mean I can only submit 1 Heineken rebate total per month, or I can only submit 1 specific Heineken rebate (for example, $20 rebate with $75 purchase) per month?
I see there's also $15 gas rebate from Heineken I can submit in addition to $20 rebate with $75 grocery purchase. Can I submit both rebates today? (Both rebates were from 2025 but I can still submit them before 1/31/25.)
