Heineken is doing a promotion for 2026, where you can submit for a $20 rebate if you buy a 12 pack of Heineken, Dos Equis, or Tecate and spend $75 on groceries. In most parts of the United States, a 12 pack will cost less than $20, so this is actually a moneymaker. In Colorado where I live, I can usually get the beer for $12+tax, so I make ~$7 each month. They've run this promotion for the last few years, but you do need to submit for the updated 2026 rebate (you'll see on their page).
Dos Equis [heinekenusarebates.com]
Heineken [heinekenusarebates.com]
Tecate [heinekenusarebates.com]

Note that due to state laws, this is only available to certain (most) states. Look for more details in the links:
Offer valid in AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, KY, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA* RI, SC, SD, TN, VT, VA, WA, WI & WY for individuals 21 years of age or older.

List of Rebates:
Buy a 12-pack of beer + $75 of groceries - $20 back
Buy a 12-pack of beer + $15 of gas - $15 back
There's also some straight rebates on beer, which you'll see when you follow the link. Those are far-less compelling deals.

F.A.Q.
Q. How long does it take to submit the rebate and how long does it take to get the money?
It takes me 3-5 minutes to submit the rebate. In 2023, it was all done on the phone and it was quicker.
I usually get the money in about a month. I've never not gotten a payment and I've been doing this for 2 years.
Q. How do I qualify for the rebate?
Save your receipt from the beer purchase as well as the grocery or gas purchase if applicable. You'll upload a photo of these to the rebate site. Personally, I highlight the relevant information (beer purchase, location, date, etc.), but I'm not sure that's required.
Q. How often can I submit?
Once per month. e.g. If you're doing the grocery rebate, then both the grocery receipt and the beer receipt (can be the same receipt) must be from the month you're submitting for.
Q. If I pay less than $20 for the beer and submit for the $20 grocery rebate, will I get a smaller payout?
No! I always get a $20 payout and have never submitted a receipt with a beer purchase over $15.99.
Q. Can I submit for the grocery rebate and the gas rebate and the other smaller rebates each month?
Yes! But your beer purchase must be separate. e.g. You can't submit the same 12 pack for groceries and for gas and get $35 from one 12 pack.
Q. Can I submit for all three brands (Dos Equis, Heineken, Tecate) each month?
Yes! Just use a different grocery or gas receipt for each one.
Q. I don't drink beer or like this brand, should I still do this?
Yes! It's free money! Where I live 5 minutes each month gives me $7. Give away the beer or pour it down the drain.
Q. Which 12-packs count?
If it says Tecate, Heineken, or Dos Equis on it, then it counts. I sometimes get the non-alcoholic Heineken 12-pack and that counts. I've gotten the light version of Heineken and Tecate as well as the ambar version of Dos Equis and all have counted.
Q. I lost my receipt, am I screwed?
No! I do grocery pickup or forget to get a receipt and print the grocery receipt (or just keep it in digital format) and submit that regularly.

Heads up on this, in my experience they became extremely unreliable on paying out rebates in the latter half of 2025. Probably half of mine were denied though there was no difference in those submissions versus the ones I had submitted earlier in the year, and they're very vague on the denial reason which makes it difficult to just resubmit a corrected rebate. Their tracking system is also really poor, if you have more than one submission outstanding at any given time there is no way to tell what has paid and what has not so that makes it even more difficult to follow up on denials. This promotion was decent when they first launched it a couple years ago but I recommend steering clear of it unless or until they change rebate processing companies. Under their current approach chances are really good you're going to end up losing money on this.

I'm not seeing the $20 rebate for 2026. Only for 2025.

For whatever reason, my original link doesn't work. Can a mod update with the fixed link below?

Scroll down a bit farther?

I've copied this text from the site:
"Product must be purchased between January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026"

I'll admit that I stopped watching it closely in 2024, but I've got 11 payouts on my account this year and that sounds about right to me. I've been submitting these for the past two years and I've never had one denied. Like I mentioned in the OP, I do highlight my receipts (pink highlighter or red circle in MS Paint) to make it exceedingly clear when and where stuff was purchased.

But I agree with you that the system before was better. In 2023 or 2024 it was on the phone and the payout was a few days later instead of a month later.
